   Two-color turntable small household appliances and daily necessities pad printer:

Working principle

First, place small household appliances or daily necessities on the corresponding station of the two-color pneumatic turntable and fix them properly. The operator sets key parameters such as printing speed, two-color printing sequence, and pad stroke through the microcomputer panel. After starting the equipment, the pad printing pad is driven by the pneumatic device and descends to the environmentally friendly oil cup to dip in ink. The environmentally friendly design of the oil cup can ensure that the ink is properly and stably attached to the pad head, while reducing ink volatilization and waste. Then, the pad head moves to the surface of the product for the first printing, and then the two-color pneumatic turntable rotates accurately to send the product to the next printing station. The pad head dips ink again, moves and prints for the second time, thereby achieving a two-color printing effect. After printing is completed, the product can be removed from the station.
