Working principle

By heating the hot stamping plate, the electroplated aluminum layer of the hot stamping paper is transferred to the surface of the paper, forming gold or other colored patterns, text and other effects.

Application features

Operation method

• First place the hot stamping paper on the paper to be hot stamped, and then manually press down the handle of the hot stamping machine.

• The hot stamping machine transfers the temperature to the hot stamping plate through the heating element. After a certain period of time and pressure, the electroplated aluminum layer is firmly combined with the paper.

Notes

• The temperature needs to be adjusted according to the type of paper and hot stamping paper. Too high a temperature may cause the paper to deform and the hot stamping pattern to blur; too low a temperature may result in incomplete transfer of the anodized aluminum layer.

• The pressure should also be moderate. Too high a pressure may damage the paper, and too low a pressure may result in poor hot stamping effect.
