锌铝、锌锡材料按比例浇铸在不锈钢管上制备的合金靶材。

Zinc-aluminum, zinc-tin alloy targets are produced by casting the respective materials onto stainless steels.

Clean surface without visible defects such as cracks, scratches and deformations

-杂质颗粒小于0.5 mm, 整靶杂质小于3个

Inclusions with sizes of smaller than 0.5 mm and number of n<3 on the target surface
