SUNLITE 3388﹝Wax Type含腊﹞

DESCRIPTION 一般说明：

Both Sunltie 3388 (Wax Type) and Sunlite 3388N (Non-Wax Type) is fully promoted, low viscosity and general type unsaturated polyester resin.

含腊3388和不含腊3388N都是含促进剂、低粘稠性的综合型不饱和聚酯树脂。

PRINCIPAL PROPERTIES 特点：

l   Excellent wetting property against glass fiber 玻璃纤维渗透性极佳

l   Very good Thixotropic 触变性非常好

l   Non-Wax type of Sunlite 3388N has better adhesive to the multi-layers of fiber glass 不含腊3388N对多层玻璃纤维有良好粘著力

l   Easy handling in two component system 双组份易于操作

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION    化学成分：

The mainly reaction raw materials are Styrene Monomer, Phthalic Anhydride, Maleic Anhydride.

不饱和聚酯树脂Sunlite 3388和3388N的主要化学成分有苯乙烯、苯酐和顺酐。

APPLICATION 用途：

FRP products, such as boat, water tank, bath-tub, guard house, etc.

玻璃钢产品，如游艇、水塔、浴盆、组合屋等等。      

LIQUID PROPERTIES﹝25℃﹞ 液态树脂的特性：

l   Appearance 外观                           ： Pinkish 粉红色混浊液体                  

l   Viscosity (Poise) 粘度                              ： 3 - 5

l   Thixotropic index 触变指数                            ： 1.5 - 2.5

l   Gel time (Min) 胶凝时间 *                            ： Approx. 约40 分钟

    * 55% MEKPO 过氧化钾乙酮1%

l   Acid Value (KOH ml/g) 酸性                   ： 21 - 24

l   Solid content 固体含量                            ： 45 – 55

PROPERTY of CURED RESIN (CASTING)

无增强固化树脂的特性：

l   Specific gravity 比重                 ASTM-D-792        ： 1.21

l   Barcol hardness 巴科尔硬度           J-934-1                 ：    41

l   Heat destroy 热畸变温度               ASTM-D-648      ：    75℃

l   Water absorption (24h) 吸水率          ASTM-D-570      ：    0.25%

l   Tensile strength 拉伸强度                 ASTM-D-638      ： 6.3 kg/mm²

l   Tensile modulus拉伸模量                ASTM-D-638      ： 470 kg/mm²

l   Elongation 伸长率                     ASTM-D-638      ：    2%

l   Flexural strength 揉曲强度           ASTM-D-790      ： 12 kg/mm²

l   Flexural modulus 揉曲模量          ASTM-D-790      ： 430 kg/mm²

层压玻璃钢制品的特质：

l   Specific gravity 比重                ASTM-D-792        ：    1.45

l   Barcol hardness 巴科尔硬度           J-934-1                 ：    45

l   Water absorption (24h) 吸水率          ASTM-D-570      ：    0.14%

l   Tensile strength 拉伸强度                 ASTM-D-638      ：    10.7 kg/mm²

l   Tensile modulus拉伸模量                ASTM-D-638      ：    780 kg/mm²

l   Flexural strength 揉曲强度           ASTM-D-790      ：    17.9 kg/mm²

l   Flexural modulus 揉曲模量          ASTM-D-790      ：    680 kg/mm²

l   Glass content 玻璃纤维含量                                        ：    31.5%

CAUTION 注意事项：

1.           Sunltie 3388 / 3388N must be kept away from open flames and direct sunlight. 远离明火及避免直接阳光

2.           It is recommended that the storage temperature should not exceed 25℃.

       建议储存在25℃室温的仓库

3.    In case of skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water. In case of   eye contact, flush promptly with copious amounts of water and consult a       physician. 如果接触皮肤，可用肥皂和水彻底冲洗。万一浅入眼  睛，应用大量清水冲洗及求医诊治。
