Description of Product:
- Japanese SKD11 material, with hardness between 63 and 67HRC, has good abrasion resistance, impact resistance and is not easily transformed.
- The product adopts Japanese imported high precision guide pin and guide bushing, ensuring the minimum clearance of die and long lifetime of key components.
- Our company has many senior engines who design the structure of the die elaborately, which ensures the rationality and stableness of the die while shearing at high speed.
- To overcome the problem that aluminum powders sticks to blades in cutting, our engineers developed a type of scroll cutting die and solved the problem which interferes with the aluminum plate.
- The clearance between upper and lower die is from 0.005 to 0.01mm.
- The cutting frequency of the die is 220times per minute
- The lifespan of alloy steel cutting die can reach 3 million times.
- The burrs of cut product are lower than 0.02mm.
- Max cutting width is 1200 mm.
