用途

Application:

用於變壓器行業的硅鋼片縱剪加工，將硅鋼片卷料裁剪成所需各種寬度的條料，再將條料收成小卷供下道工序使用，是變壓器、電機行業及其它金屬帶材精密剪切的必需設備

The machine can be applicable to split shearing of silicon sheet. The silicon coil can be sheared into various width, and coil the band material into small coil for further usage. It is a necessary device for transformer and electrical machinery industry.

構造

Construction:

液壓開卷機、上料小車、開卷托臂、圓剪上料機構、高精度鎖緊式圓剪機、氣囊壓緊式張力機構、液壓收卷機（含機械咬頭裝置）、懸臂支撐裝置、卸料小車、液壓氣動部件及電氣控制櫃等組成。

It consists of hydraulic decoiler, charge hoist, decoiling corbel, high precision cutter, tension unit, hydraulic recoiler, cantilever supporting device, coil car，Hydraulic Pneumatic Components and electric control cabinet.
