型號 PV7 的液壓泵是變量葉片泵。
主要由泵體、轉子、葉片、定子環、壓力控制器和調節螺栓組成。圓形的定子環夾持在小調節活塞和大調節活塞之間。此環的第三個接觸點是高度調節螺栓。被驅動的轉子在定子環內轉動。轉子槽內的葉片由於離心力的作用壓在定子環上。

用來傳遞油液的腔由葉片、轉子、定子環和配油盤形成。
為了在投入使用時確保泵的運行功能,定子環由大調節活塞後面的彈簧壓在其偏心位置 (排油位置)。

當轉子轉動時,油腔的容積增大,並且通過吸油通道吸油。當油腔達到大容積時,它脫離吸油側。轉子繼續轉動,此腔和壓油側接通,並使其容積減小,通過壓油通道壓油到系統。


類型 PV7...A 液壓泵是直動式葉片泵,其排量體積可調。
基本上由殼體,蓋板,轉子,葉片,定子環,壓縮彈簧,調整螺釘和控制板組成。為限制大流量,該泵配有調節螺釘。驅動轉子在定子環中旋轉。轉子中導入的葉片在離心力的作用下貼緊定子環的內跑合面。
吸油和排油過程
運輸流體所需的腔室由葉片,轉子,定子環,控制板和蓋板組成。
轉子旋轉時室體積增加,腔室通過吸油通道填充流體。達到大室體積后,腔室從吸油側分離。
隨着轉子繼續旋轉,高壓流體側的連接打開,腔室縮小並迫使流體通過壓力油口進入系統。
壓力控制
定子環由彈簧固定在其初始的偏心位置。系統中所需的大工作壓力是在調節螺釘處通過彈簧設定。增大的壓力是由於對抗彈簧力的工作阻力作用於定子
環內跑合面的壓力側而產生的。
達到相關壓力(由設定的彈簧力決定)后,定子環朝零位置的方向移出其偏心位置。流量自我調節至當時所需的值。當達到
彈簧處設置的大設定壓力時,泵會將流量調回至幾乎為零。工作壓力得到保持,且僅更換洩露流體。流體的損失和加熱從而降至低水平。

剪叉式高空作業平台行走液壓系統。
行走液壓系統主用來實現剪叉式高空作業平台平穩行走,通過相應液壓元件的控制,可實現行走制動的啟停及高低速行走。電機泵為整個行走系統提供動力,過濾器用來過濾液壓回油,調壓閥用來控制整個行走液壓系統的壓力,制動器用來實現行走的啟停,通過電磁換向閥與電磁換向閥配合使用,可實現剪叉前進與後退高低速行走,通過單向閥和的配合使用,可以防止馬達在系統停止供油時繼續行走出現吸空,保証馬達側管路充滿液壓油。

工程機械行走制動系統必須保証在惡劣條件下仍具有良好的制動性能,並要求操縱輕便和高可靠性。目前大多數工程機械的制動系統採用氣頂油的
結構型式,以實現車輛的高壓制動效能。近年來,國外工程機械出現採用全液壓制動的方式,其主要.優點是系統的制動壓力高,產生的制動力矩大,制動靈敏,且液壓管路為全封閉的迴路,污染性也很小。

液壓制動系統一般由制動傳動裝置和制動執行元件兩部分組成。前者將制動踏板控制的動力源傳遞給制動執行元件;後者是裝在車輪上的制動器,它將傳動裝置傳來的動力變成摩擦力矩。

雙迴路液壓制動系統原理,該系統中的雙路蓄能器充液閥控制蓄能器的充油量和壓力。蓄能器的充油量和高制動壓力則根據制動器的用油量、制動力和緊急制動的次數來決定。充液閥的流量和壓力預設一上限值,當蓄能器的壓力達到該值時,充液閥使系統中的一少部分油回流,給蓄能器充壓,蓄能器的壓力達到設定值時,液壓泵卸荷。系統中的充液閥同時給兩個蓄能器供油,當油泵出現故障時,兩個蓄能器分別給兩個迴路的制動器供油,既同時工作又互不影響。另外,系統中設置的低壓開關可以隨時提醒駕駛員,當蓄能器的壓力連續下降,並低於報警開關的預定值時,應檢查液壓制動系統,注意安全。
