Main features:
1. Booth design: EPS (epispastics polystyrene) 75mm thick, Colorful Steel Skin Boards 0.476mm Thick, Galvanized Steel Roof Panel, Tongue & Groove Style, Compound Construction, Anti-flame and Heat-Insulation. The booth ceiling panels are made of rigid folded electro-galvanized steel plates frame.

2. Door design: The booth front entrance has four doors (foldable) and two safety exit / service door at any side as customer like to install.

3. Air intake system (3set): Each Consists of 2x4kw intake fan. Total 6units 4kw intake fan. The heat exchanger is made of stainless material thickness of 1.5mm which features more heat dissipating surface, better heat exchange and better burner efficiency. The burner is an Italian made brand "RIELLO" model G20 Diesel Burner, 200000Kcal/h and the air valve uses "BELIMO" electronic control unit.

4. Air exhausts system (3set): Each Consists of 1x5.5kw outside motor with belt drive exhaust fan. Total 3units 5.5kw exhaust fan. Multi-Layer Fiberglass Filter.

5. Lighting system: 16sets Ceiling Light, each set has 3PCS 40w Lamp; 24sets Side Light, each set has 2PCS 40w Lamp; Total 96PCS 40w Lamp, 900 Lux.

6. Ceiling filter system: Utilizes wool type filters which filter out 99% dust which ensure that the air entering the booth interior is virtually dust free. The filter frames precisely fabricated to ensure better sealing and easy filter replacement.

7. Filter for air discharge: Optional down draw from basement or side draw type (Left and right side under panel has filter for air discharge)

8. Control system: Baking process - Auto temperature control and auto-shut off after completion.
