 內毒素標準品- Endotoxin (E. coli) Standards

Control Standard Endotoxin is referenced against the USP Reference Standard Endotoxin following the procedures set forth in the "Guideline on Validation of the Limulus Amebocyte Lysate Test as an End-Product Endotoxin Test for Human and Animal Parenteral Drugs, Biological Products and Medical Devices".

N186 is intended for use as the control standard endotoxin in PYROGENT? Gel Clot assays.  N185 contains high potency endotoxin and is intended for use in endotoxin removal system challenges, i.e. depyrogenation ovens, and other spiking studies.  E50-640 is intended for use with QCL-1000? assays and contains E. coli strain 0111:B4.

MgCl2 should be used as the sample diluent when attempting to overcome inhibitory chelation effect.  Examples of samples which chelate divalent cations include heparin and EDTA.  MgCl2 may be used to prepare samples for any LAL assay.  Contains <0.005 EU/ml endotoxin.

Product number N207 is recommended for dilution of endotoxin standards and test samples for all endotoxin detection assays. Product numbers N201 and N205 are recommended for use as reaction tubes in gel clot assays.
