POLYLITE 8200﹝Wax Type含臘﹞

DESCRIPTION 一般說明：

Both Polyltie 8200 (Wax Type) and Polylite 8200H (Non-Wax Type) is rigid, fully promoted, low viscosity, low styrene monomer emission and general type unsaturated polyester resin.

含臘8200和不含臘8200H都是高堅硬度、含足夠促進劑、低粘稠性、苯乙烯放射性低的綜合型不飽和聚酯樹脂。

PRINCIPAL PROPERTIES 特點：

l   Excellent wetting property against glass fiber 玻璃纖維滲透性極佳                           

l   No whitening after being cured 固化后樹脂不會產生發白現象                                 

l   Very good Thixotropic 觸變性非常好

l   Easy handling in two component system 雙組份易於操作                              

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION    化學成分：

The mainly reaction raw materials are Styrene Monomer, Phthalic Anhydride, Maleic Anhydride.

不飽和聚酯樹脂Polylite 8200和8200H的主要化學成分有苯乙烯、苯酐和順酐。

APPLICATION 用途：                                           

FRP products, such as boat, water tank, bath-tub, guard house, etc.

玻璃鋼產品，如遊艇、水塔、浴盆、組合屋等等。      

LIQUID PROPERTIES﹝25℃﹞ 液態樹脂的特性：

l   Appearance 外觀                           ： Pinkish 粉紅色混濁液體                  

l   Viscosity (Poise)   粘度                          ： 3 - 5

l   Thixotropic index 觸變指數                            ： 1.5 - 2.5

l   Gel time (Min) 膠凝時間 *                            ： 30 - 40 分鐘

    * 55% MEKPO 過氧化鉀乙酮1%

l   Acid Value (KOH ml/g) 酸性                   ： 16 - 24

l   Solid content 固體含量                            ： 55 - 60

PROPERTY of CURED RESIN (CASTING)

無增強固化樹脂的特性：

l   Specific gravity 比重                 ASTM-D-792        ： 1.21

l   Barcol hardness 巴科爾硬度           J-934-1                 ：    41

l   Heat destroy 熱畸變溫度               ASTM-D-648      ：    75℃

l   Water absorption (24h) 吸水率          ASTM-D-570      ：    0.25%

l   Tensile strength 拉伸強度                 ASTM-D-638      ： 6.3 kg/mm²

l   Tensile modulus拉伸模量                ASTM-D-638      ： 480 kg/mm²

l   Elongation 伸長率               ASTM-D-638       ：    2%

l   Flexural strength 揉曲強度           ASTM-D-790      ： 12.1 kg/mm²

l   Flexural modulus 揉曲模量          ASTM-D-790      ： 450 kg/mm²

l   Compressive strength 壓縮強度               ASTM-D-695      ：    13.7 kg/mm²

PROPERTY of CURED RESIN (LAMINATE)

層壓玻璃鋼制品的特質：

l   Specific gravity 比重                ASTM-D-792        ：    1.45

l   Barcol hardness 巴科爾硬度           J-934-1                 ：    45 

l   Water absorption (24h) 吸水率          ASTM-D-570      ：    0.14%

l   Tensile strength 拉伸強度                 ASTM-D-638      ：    10.7 kg/mm²

l   Tensile modulus拉伸模量                ASTM-D-638      ：    780 kg/mm²

l   Flexural strength 揉曲強度           ASTM-D-790      ：    17.9 kg/mm²

l   Flexural modulus 揉曲模量          ASTM-D-790      ：    680 kg/mm²

l   Glass content 玻璃纖維含量                                        ：    31.5%

CAUTION 注意事項：

1.           Polyltie 8200 / 8200H must be kept away from open flames and direct sunlight. 遠離明火及避免直接陽光

2.           It is recommended that the storage temperature should not exceed 25℃.

       建議儲存在25℃室溫的倉庫

3.    In case of skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water. In case of   eye contact, flush promptly with copious amounts of water and consult a       physician. 如果接觸皮膚，可用肥皂和水徹底沖洗。萬一淺入眼  睛，應用大量清水沖洗及求醫診治。
