●產品描述Description
山泉AM-120B密封膠為中強度、中模量、密封類聚氨酯密封膠，單組份、室溫濕氣固化，高固含量，耐候性、彈性好，固化過程中及固化后不會產生任何有害物質，對基材無污染。表面可漆性強，可在其表面塗覆多種漆和塗料。
SHANQUAN AM-120B is mid strength、mid module one-part PU sealant.It is cured by reacting with moisture in air at room temperature and has high solid content，good climate resistance and good elastic.During the curing process，it won’t produce any poison and pollution on the base surface. It can be well painted.

●應用範圍Areas of Application
可用於集裝箱、廂式車的縫密封，鋼材和鋁材之間的粘接。

●施工方法Method of Application
1.用棉紗清除塗膠部位表面的塵土、油污及明水。如果表面有易剝落鏽蝕，應事先用金屬刷清除，必要時還可用酒精、丙酮等有機溶劑擦拭表面。
2.根據施工部位的形狀將密封膠的尖嘴切成一定形狀的大小，用手動或氣動膠槍將膠塗在施工部位。
3.縫隙中鼓出的膠可用刮板刮平或肥皂水抹平。如有的部位不慎被膠所污染，則儘早用汽油或酒精等溶劑清除。如膠已固化，需要用刀片切割或打磨。

3.The superfluous sealant from the gap may be pared off by the pattern strickle or suds. It is necessary to be cleared away at once by using benzine if the rest part is polluted by the sealant. It is necessary to cut or burnish by knife if the sealant cured.

●貯存 storage
建議在25℃以下的乾燥庫房內，避免高溫/水汽，貯存期一般為9個月。
We s est the products should be stored in the dry place bellow 25℃，avoid high temperature and moisture. The shelf life is nine months.
●注意事項 Attention
1.開封后應當天用完，否則需嚴格密封保存；
2.在溫度15-35℃、濕度55%-75%RH條件下施工最佳；
3.當環境溫度低於10℃或出膠速度達不到工藝要求時，建議在60℃烘箱里至少烘烤30分鐘！
