ZGTEK "cage welding machines",which is used to make bag cages, used in baghouse together with filter bags.Our machine could make round cages and flat(oval) cages with high efficiency,good quality and very competitive price.
Our main machines include,
1) 16 or 24-vertical wires cage welding machine,
2) air-operated butt welding machine,
3) top welder,
4) bottom welder,
5) wire straightening machine,
6) ring making machine.
The six machines are basic configuration of a cage welding line.
Design&Tailor-made machines:
1) We have successfully designed and manufactured a cage making line for a European customer; this cage machine should connect to customer's robot (instead of workers to work).
2. We have successfully designed and manufactured a flat(oval) cage making machine for a German company's Chinese factory, all the oval cages are for exporting. This oval cage making machine asks extremely high accuracy,because oval cages makes up of several sections,the connection of them ask very high accuracy,otherwise it will damage the bag filter.
We have already sold our machines to Iran, Taiwan,and Europe, many customers come back to order more lines.
