we are manufacturer and our main products are: PEVA and EVA film , PEVA / EVA table cloth, shower curtain, rain coat, suit cover etc
we have 9 machines to produce PEVA / EVA material , 3 machines to make lamination PEVA with non woven or flannel, 5 machine for printing etc.
We have more than 800 workers and different workshops as following:
1, PEVA / EVA material workshop : this workshop produces PEVA / EVA material , 9 cast film machine and 3 lamination machines.
2, printing workshop : this workshop to make all printing on PEVA / EVA material.
3, finish products workshop: there are 5 different workshops for finish products as following:
(1), rolling workshop: this workshop make the rolls ( eg. table cloth in rolls etc)
(2), shower curtain workshop: to produce PEVA / EVA shower curtains
(3), sewing workshop: 117 sewing machines to make piping of table cloth, suit covers etc.
(4), heat sealing workshop : 105 heat sealing machines to make rain coats, bicycle covers etc.
(5), packaging workshop: to make all packaging for table cloth etc.
we are supplier for Walmart, Familiy Dollar, DG, Disney, Target, Tesco, Aldi etc. and we pass the factory audit.
