Qingdao Qizhou Rubber Co., Ltd. is a private owned tire producer whose history can be date back to 1985 when it was started by the local government. The factory was bought by Mr. Yiming Zhang and Mr. Wenjie Yu and then officially registered to the name of Qingdao Qizhou Rubber in 1997.
