Jiangsu Jingchuang Electric Co.,Ltd. was founded in 1996, which is the largest manufacturer of temperature controlling products in refrigeration industry in Asia. Our main products are Microcomputer Temperature Controller, Temperature Data Logger, Digital Thermometer and Hygrometer, Halogen Leak Detector and Refrigerant Unit Electric Control Box.
Our yield base takes up 20,000 square meters and construction area takes up 15,000 square meters. We own more than 80 units of auto-producing equipments, such as wave-soldering machine, solder-reflow machine, SMT&THT equipments, over ten auto-product lines, and testing and controlling equipments, such as Electrical Fast Transient/Burst Generation, Electrostatic Discharge Tester, Cycle sag Simulator, Testing Box of High and Low Temperature, Constant Temperature Trough of High and Low Temeprature, and so on.
We have more than 530 employees, including about 70 R&D engineers, and they supply almost 60 kinds of new products to the market.
In 2006, we produced about 250 thousand Microcomputer Temperature Controllers, 1.5 million Digital Thermometers and Hygrometers, and 150 thousand other products. The yield of Microcomputer Temperature Controllers and Digital Thermometers and Hygrometers is in the highest flight in Asia, and the yield of Halogen Leak Detector and Refrigerant Unit Electric Control Box is the top one in China.
We have already passed ISO9001:2000 international quality management system certification, and over 95% of the products have been issued EU CE certification. Moreover , some export products have passed the UL safety certification, and we can produce environmental protecting products completely according to RoHS.
