Hongda Company is specialized in manufacturing and erecting set of traveling grate-rotary kiln pellet production line with sci-technology researching, designing and production. Its floor area is 130,000m2 and capital assets is 22.5 US M$. It is the largest supplier of pellet equipment in China with a market share 95.4%. The Company has passed the certification of ISO9001:2008 international quality control system.
The Company has set up a Traveling Grate Technology Development & Research Center together with the Jiangsu University. There are 26 experts and specialists in the center who are working on the development of heat- and wear-resistant steel in high-temperature and drying ways to apply their achievement to the pellet oxide traveling grate-rotary kiln production line to improve performance of the system. Our research item of the “ Development and Application of Key Technique of Energy-conservation Environment-protection Pelletizing Equipment” has passed the certification and was honorably awarded as the “Special Fund for Application of Scientific and Technical Achievements” by Jiangsu province in November, 2007,and we have gained Second prize in National Science and Technology Progress Award in 2009.
