As you can see from our website www.eastfasteners.com, our company was founded in 1985 , it covers 100,000 ㎡ and is located in Daqiao New Area of Haiyan Economic Development Zone in Zhejiang, China, that means it’s very convenient for you to visit Shanghai or Ningbo, Suzhou, whichever neighborhood you want, it takes you about 1.5 hours only.
We have 800 stuff from in and out of Zhejiang province, they make great contribution for our 150,000 metric tonne annual production.
We take pride in the fact that Zhejiang New Oriental has already obtained ISO 9001 and TS 16949 certificate and we have our own lab, which have past ISO 17025 test, you can find original German and Italy testing equipment there, and many important test like coating thickness test, proof load test, tensile strength test,material analysis and so on can be done. Our manufacture covers a large scale:
Wire→Drawing→Forming→Storage→Heat Treatment→Plating→Packing→Warehousing,
we have 12 lines for heat treatment, all of which are controlled by LOT NO. and HEAT NO. ,what’s more, the equipment in the plants are brought in from Shanghai, Taiwan and other places like brand Dali, Chunri, Youxin, etc.,and we do the dimensional inspection strictly, so the quality can be 100% guaranteed.
To build a first-class fasteners enterprise, the plants are producing all kinds of high quality products such as threaded rods, bolts, nuts, washers and automotive fasteners , all of them are made according to ANSI, DIN, ISO, and AS standards which are used on auto parts / wind power / building / oilfield etc. Fields, and the assortment varies from B7, L7 threaded rod to A325 hex bolt, 2H, DH nut, the grade varies from 4.8--12.9.
