On Tai Mould Factory Limited was founded in Octerber 1992,which is located in DongGuan City, GuangDong Province, China that specialized in making Aluminium, Zinc & Magnesium die casting mould, plastic mould and parts fabrication.
The factory occupies 7500 square meters area, which owns production capacity of 40 sets mould per month, the biggest mould is up to 2.5meters. We have more than 200 employees and big R&D team of 12 members.At the year of 2009 we passed ISO9001-2008 Quality certification. Thus,we are able to provide all kinds of standard and non-standard moulds with best quality.
Excepting Sales Dept.,Engineering Dept.,Quality Assurance Dept.,,there are also Injection Workshop,Moulding Workshop,CNC Workshop, EDM Workshop and etc. to formed our Main Frame.
Our workshops are equipped around 120 sets machines,of which 80% are imported with high precision and speed.Including 11 sets CNC, 12 sets EDM, more than 20 sets Milling Machines,23 sets Injection Machine, 8 sets Drilling Machines,6 sets Lathe,5 sets Milling Machines and so on.
