Dongguan Jili Wire Electronics has been engaged in the production of USB cables, flat cables, spiral cables, audio cables, booster cables, wire harness, automotive wires, DC power cords and lead wires for over 10 years. These products are widely used in computer peripheral, communication, medical, AV, solar and other electronics.

Our six production lines, manned by 100 to 149 workers in our 3,500sqm factory, can turn out 15 million meters of electronic lines and 10 million terminal lines monthly. All our processes from extrusion, line cutting, crimping terminal at ends, injection molding, electric testing and packing are done in-house.

Our cables are compliant with the RoHS and REACH Directives. We have 15 stable suppliers, among whom some have been working with us for 12 years. Our raw materials such as copper come from Chile and mainland China, and plastic from Taiwan and mainland China.
