惠博铁路是一家专业生产铁路轨道扣件的工厂，位于江苏省常熟市。工厂通过SGS-ISO9001:2008质量体系认证、中国铁道CRCC产品认证及多个国际铁路联盟产品认证。本公司由原国有企业的精英队伍组建，具有一支高水平的技术研发、品质管理、生产控制团队。
本厂占地面积40000平方米，有各类生产设备、检测设备200余套。
工厂执行标准有AREMA, DIN, BS, UIC, GOST, NF, JIS，GB等，还提供如E型弹条、SKL（W）型弹条、弹片、扣板、起重机轨道等各种系统扣件。同时可按照客户来图、来样进行加工。
产品有四大类
一、 螺栓系列：轨道螺栓、管片螺栓、地铁螺栓、隧道螺栓、六角螺栓、四方螺栓、道岔螺栓、鱼尾螺栓、T型螺栓等。年产能5000吨。
二、 道钉系列：70型道钉、螺纹道钉、钩头道钉、弹性道钉等。年产能7000吨。
三、 弹条系列：E型弹条、SKL（W）弹条、O型弹条、GL弹条等。年产量400万件。
四、 压板系列：轨道压板、钢轨扣板、起重机压轨器、弹性压板等。年产量300万件。
其他器材与配件：绝缘轨距块、橡胶减震垫、钢轨连接鱼尾板、螺帽、塑料套管、轨下垫板、弹簧垫圈、平垫、预埋座、防爬器、轨距拉杆等。年销量1300余万件。

There are four major product categories
1, Bolt series: track bolt, segment bolt, metro bolt, tunnel bolt, hex bolt, square bolt, turnout bolt, fish bolt, T bolt etc., annual capacity 5,000 tons.
2, Spike series: screw spike, dog spike, elastic spike etc., annual capacity 7,000 tons.
3, Clip series: Nabla clip, elastic clip, SKL spring clip, O clip, gauge lock clip etc., annual capacity 4 million pieces.
