Led assembly factory covers a area of more than 5000 square meters, about 200 staffs including 12 engineers in R&D with more than 9yrs experience in LED line, and bing in Japanese full-automatic SMT machines, reflow soldering machines, Automatic aging line, and Opto-electrical test devices. BETTER is in capacity of producing 80,000 rolls led strip, 300,000 modules, 10,000 led flood lights, 50,000 ceiling lights monthly. The LED chips are imported from Taiwan and Korea, like Epistar, Samsung, etc, and we uses the most advanced die bonder and welding wire machine, keep close watch and inspection on the whole process of light division.
There is a strictly accomplished QC system from material purchasing to final package. The company passed and strictly enforces the requirements of ISO9001 Quality management system, CE, RoHS and FCC.
