Our factory was established in September 2003, which is specialized in producing different plastic sheet and plate production line with combination of research， development, manufacture sales, maintenance and transformation. Since our founding. Based on solid practice with our innovation ,the humanized design, it has develped high efficient,low consumption stable extrusion line unit.
We are professional producing extrusion devices with PE, PP plate and PE, PP foam board which apply in travel bar box/ l age and hand bag / golf bag. What’s more, With national and international high technique we design out a serious of perfect foam board which apply in a large demand for the cap (PE micro- foam board), this products have been extensively recognized amongst our customers and sold well in China and winning high reputation from customers. Currently, our factory has our own design and manufacturing extrusion line, such as: ABC (three-layer co-extruded) / ABA (two co-extruded) PS / PP, PE (micro-foam board) / ABS sheet materials production line. PE cap micro-foam board production line (professional), medical low temperature sheet production line (extrusion temperature below 90 ℃), automotive industry PP micro-foam sheet production line, three-layer co-extruded steel packaging PE / PP foam sheet production line. Moreover, according to the old, disabled extrusion machine, we can supply transform, repair and renew service.
