CWTD stud welding machine joins studs with base-material immediately
by arc initiated through energy discharging of capacities. It has features as
follow:
(1) Short welding time, about 3-6ms, high efficiency, 16-20 studs could be
welded in one minute.
(2) There is no bead, no welding trace, no color changing, less deformation in
the face of work-piece and no break to the painting, Zn cladding or plastic
coating of the back face of work-piece.
(3) The strength of weldment is the same high as that of base-materials and
studs.
(4) Operating convenience, welding can be carried out just on one side of
work-piece.
(5) Need not drill hole, no leak possible.
(6) Can be used to weld carbon steel, stainless steel, copper and copper alloys,
aluminum and aluminum alloys and dissimilar metals.
