Hang Shing Industrial limited was established in 1994 and WanXian Arts and Crafts Manufactory Co. Limited was established in 2005.
We have more than 17 years experience in producing Party , Halloween, Role-play and Dress-up Costume.
After seven years of development , our factory has been accessed to international standard factory audit which evaluates the quality management system, resources, facilities, manpower , product quality process , outsourced process , product traceability, product recall and recovery control and non – conforming material control of the factory .
After these years , our factory was been qualified by ISO9001 , ICTI,BSCI,FAMA,GSV , Disney Factory Audit especially of Illinois States Testing Requirement that proved our factory has strong ability to the production reached International Standard.
