It's composed of office department,raw material warehouse,designing department,cutting room,producing department,testing department,packing department and QC department.It's worth mentioning producing department has 3 product-lines much better to arrange orders to produce.UP to now,there are more than100 Workers and most of workers operate well Including how to deal with very small details.QC department has more strict check process.At first,all cutting pieces should be checked before stitching and all material must pass the discoloration test and completely keep pace with sample of customers;then each metal should through salt spraying test and all products must pass the needle detector ; after producing,QC check all bags and some experienced QC recheck;finally OQC examine under the AQL standard before shipping.In order to provide better customer service,factory build a dustless workshop and each batch of goods should be passed this workshop if customs need.
