Our yarn: we use pure cotton, TC, nylon, chenille, feather yarn, velvet, among others.
We also have a variety of ways to enhance socks depending on your specific needs, such as adding shea butter for moisturizing shea infused socks or adding aloe vera or SAP essential oil gel for moisturizing socks. We can also enhance sports socks by making them antibacterial or anti-microbial socks.
We have extensive technology in order to achieve a variety of effects such as jacquard, embroidery, hot stamping, printing glue, digital printing, thermal transfer, tie-dye, section dyeing etc.
We have machines with needle counts of: 48N, 56N, 72N, 84N, 108N, 120N, 132N, 144N, 168N, 170N, 176N, 200N.
