From the evaluation and selection of suppliers to the shipment of products, each product has undergone rigorous quality testing. According to AQLII Major 0.4 /Minor 0.65 standard, incoming material inspection should strictly control the appearance, size and function. We have training course every month for key posts to ensure the standard operation for semi-finished products, and improve the through rate according to 6Sigma tools such as PFMEA and PDCA. We do 100% inspection of finished products, and specifications higher than industry standards are formulated.
