Now the workshop occupy 5000m², at the same time we have 14 sets Compression Molding Machines, 2 sets LSR Injection Molding Machines and 3 sets Plastic Injection Machines. To strengthen the quality control, we have passed the certifications of ISO9001, ISO14001 and SEDEX, to provide customers cost-effective and competitive custom made silicone products.
With a strong professional R&D Team, 4 product designers and 3 structural engineer who have more than 10 years experience, help our customers to make their idea and design come true. For responding to the change of the market, we have our own mold department, 3 -5 working days can finish the prototype tool, 7 -15 working days can finish the mass production tool.
The company’s main products including silicone valves, flip top caps with valves, baby feeding silicone products, reusable silicone kitchenware products, medical silicone parts, automotive silicone accessories and other custom silicone products. All our products can pass tests of LFGB, FDA, CE, ROHS, etc.
