Hebei Xinfengda Pipeline Anti corrosion and Insulation Engineering Co., Ltd. is located in the Development Zone of Cangzhou City. It has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification and a registered capital of 105 million yuan. A large-scale specialized enterprise specializing in pipeline anti-corrosion and insulation engineering construction, anti-corrosion and insulation processing of pipes and fittings, as well as research and manufacturing of anti-corrosion materials. It is a member unit of the Hebei Province Anti corrosion and Insulation Industry Association, a grid connected enterprise of Yangtze River Three Gorges Group, China Huadian Corporation, PetroChina, and Minmetals Corporation, with an annual production capacity of 5 million square meters.
The factory covers an area of 50000 square meters and has five standardized production workshops. It also has multiple internationally advanced steel pipeline anti-corrosion operation lines and steel pipe insulation production lines. The equipment includes a 3PE steel pipe anti-corrosion production line, FBE epoxy powder coated steel pipe production line, insulation steel pipe production line, polyethylene outer protection pipe production line, steel pipe inner and outer shot blasting equipment, cement mortar centrifuge, coating spraying machine, and anti-corrosion and insulation supporting testing equipment.
Anti corrosion: It can handle various types of steel pipelines, including three-layer polyethylene (3PE), single-layer and double-layer fusion bonded epoxy powder, FBE, PE polyethylene powder, EP epoxy resin powder, internal and external electrostatic spraying and hot melt bonding processes.
