The company mainly produces SUZUKI, TOYOTA, ISUZU, HYUNDAI engine and gearbox. Project total investment 200 million yuan, has advanced machining center cluster first-class manufacturing equipment, a large number of USES efficient intelligent soft wire production line. The main equipment are: the engine assembly line a eight machine, horizontal machining center, vertical machining center of nine and car milling compound machine. Professional equipment are: coreless grinding, plane grinding, leak detector, honing machine, through type cleaning machine, air compressor, etc. Other common equipment: CNC lathe, CNC milling machine, large punch, small punch, wire cutting, etc. Testing equipment mainly has: three coordinates measuring instrument, automatic leak tester, gas measurement instruments, torsion tester, hardness tester, salt spray testing machine, metallographic microscope, projector, roughness meter, cylindricity eter, etc. The engine assembly has reached the production capacity of 100000 units/year (600 cc - 3000 cc engine), cylinder block, cylinder head production capacity has reached 300000 pieces per year.
