Our advantage:
At present, we have “before the whole loom” machines more than150 sets (include 3g, 5g, 7g, 12g etc.), more than 50 sets supporting linking machines, staffs are exceed 300, producing machines are well-equipped. It also has many brother plants for helping clients to do the before manufacturing processes, merchandisers and management staff are allocated.
Ways of cooperation:
Proceed materials or samples supplied by clients; direct business (CMT, FOB)
1. Assembling parts supplied by clients and processing with customer's samples
2. Sample period: 5~7 days; Production cycle: 15~40 days
3. Delivery time: after confirmed sample and receive deposit: 35~45 (busy season), 25~35 (low season)
4. Minimum volume: 300 pieces/style
5. Payment: pay 30% deposit after signing contract, pay 50% before shipment after checking goods, 20% should be paid within 7 days of delivering. (can choose type of payment after several cooperation, it depends on the credit of clients.)
Main producing material:
Artificial wool, mercerized real 30% wool and 70% acrylic, mercerized real 55% wool and 55% acrylic, mercerized cotton, Lambs wool, elastic cotton, cashmere, angora wool, mohair, 100% cotton, cotton /linen blending, acrylic/cotton blend, all kinds of wool / acrylic blend as well as various of fancy yarn.
