Our main material is aluminum 6061/7075 and carbon fiber, especially carbon fiber, all the process from carbon fabric cutting to the finished products is completed independently by ourselves. The products are designed and produced according to Ergonomic principles, and exported to Europe, America, Japan and other countries and regions, all of them are welcome by the customers.
Our main machines and equipment include low-temperature storeroom, fabric-rolling machine, pipe-wrapping machine, oven, stripper machine, rod-cutting machine, punch, screen print, heat transfer and varnishing equipment etc. We have a perfect production process, including: shaping—polishing—surface treatment—assembly—package, and the surface settlement include anodizing, painting, heat transfer, water transfer printing and screen printing.
