Our printing workshop is equipped with 3 sets of auto high speed computer-controlled gravure color printing machines, one of them is 8-color printer width up to 0.85m and speed of 150m/min, the others are 9-color printing machines width up to 1.1m and speed of 180m/min. Besides, we have 3 high speed dry laminated machines for Muti-layer products lamination, 8 high speed bags-making machines, 6 dividing and cutting machines, and 2 inspection instruments for products’ quality control. They can inspect the quality problems, such as out of register, ghosting, rubbing off etc.
In 2007, we obtained ISO 9001 quality system certification, and owed this success to our efforts in supervising and controlling the product quality strictly.
