The turning parts we manufactured in external diameter is between 0.5-50mm with tolerance of +/-0.01mm, the length is varied from 0.3mm to 180mm with tolerance to +/-0.02mm. The precision of stamping/punching parts is +/-0.01mm and +/-0.001mm for the coreless grinding parts.
All machines we use are all imported from either Taiwan or Japan. Among these machines are automatic precision lathes, CNC machines, punch machines, coreless grinding machine, automatic tapping machine, etc., as well as the accurate calibrated inspection equipment to make sure our products quality is always fine.
