Magnetic Separator is widely used in the resource recovery, timber industry, mining, ceramics, chemical industry, food and other factories to separate materials applying the magnetic principle. Magnetic Separator is suitable for wet magnetic separation of magnetite, magnetic pyrite mine,  calcines ore, titanium iron ore whose particles are below 3mm. Also, it can deiron the coal, nonmetallic ore and building materials.

Principle of Working:
The ore pulp flows into the cell body through the feeding box. Then, it will get into the feeding area in decompaction because of the force the water sparge pipes. The magnetic materials will gather in the magnetic field to form "magnetic group" or "magnetic chair". "magnetic group" and "magnetic chair" move toward to the magnetic poles. So, they will be absorbed on the drum. Because the rotating directions of the polarities of the magnetic poles along the drum are alternatively tactic, and are settled during working, the "magnetic group" and "magnetic chair" will mixing magnetically when they rotate with the drum. Therefore, the non-magnetic materials in the "magnetic group" and "magnetic chair" will split off. While, the "magnetic group" and "magnetic chair" which finally attach on the surface of drum are fine mining. Non-magnetic and low-magnetic materials are expelled with the pump. That is the tailings.
