Working Principle:
This mineral processing equipment is mainly composed of 8 system parts: table head, motor, slope device, surface of table, ore trough, water trough, ripple and lubrication system.
The mineral processing is done in a tilt table with ripples. When mineral grains come from the ore trough, the water trough will spray transverse flush water. Thus, the action of inertia and friction produced by the table asymmetric motion, the mineral grains gravity and horizontal flow momentum combines the driving force for the occuring of mineral grains lateral movement along the tilt surface of the table.
