      One ENOLZYME^TM Cellulase unit(U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 5mg/mL CMC-Na to get 1μmol of reducing sugar (in glucose) in 1 minute at 50°C,pH4.8 under the condition of test.

Functions:
