PET BOTTLE BEER FILLING MACHINE ADVANTAGE

• It adopts external long tube filling valve. CO₂ replaces air in the PET bottle so that the oxygen in the bottle is largely decreased.
• Elevating spraying nozzle realizes complete cleaning and water saving.
• The air conveyor connects with the bottle inlet device directly, and the transferring adopts the neck holding technology. According to this design, change parts are not needed for different bottles as long as the bottle neck is same.
• The liquid level and pressure in filling tank are controlled by level probe and fine adjusting valve separately.
