This SAC juice filling machine is applicable for the continuous rinsing, filling SAC, filling juice and screwing for producing fruit juice with PET bottles, it’s often used in hot-fill bottling line with 5,000-36,000BPH.

1) RINSING SYSTEM

a. 16 set bottle grippers, nozzles and valves included. It’s full automatic during the course of bottle infeed-gripping-overturning-rinsing inner and outer-drying.

b. It can realized two step rinsing with the first disinfecting liquid rinsing step and the second clean water rinsing according to the requests of customer.  It’s also installed with a stainless steel water-receiving plate to collect the rinsing water.

2)FILLING SAC SYSTEM

Plunger type pulp filling system

Plunger type pulp filling system is composed by liquid tank, agitating device, volume adjusting device, filling valve and temperature, liquid level inspecting system, etc. The plunger valves are applicable for filling particle (such as bits of fruit, fiber) and liquid of thickness (such as sauce). The maximum of diameter can be big as 4mm. It is applicable for ambient temperature liquid filling with filling temperature 35°C.

After pasteurizer, the liquid level will be controlled by floater. The volume of filling valve is volumetric type that realizes by adjusting the route of valve core.

Main advantages:

The plunger filling valve can realize in normal position to reduce rinsing time

The bottom can be drained by special valve.

It can realize CIP returning partially.

Cleaning plate is good for draining residual and raffinate, and then convenient to rinse.

The inside of valve adopts mirror finishing for convenient rinsing.

3) FILLING JUICE SYSTEM

a. Filling system consists of filling bowl, low-position tank, filling valve, and cam structure etc.

b. Adopted out-assembling filling valves, which can filling by fixing liquid level. The parts contacted with the beverage are made up of 316L stainless steel; furthermore, both exterior and interior of the parts are polished and the sealing parts adopt imported MVQ or EPDM etc to obtain high-level hygiene standard of foodstuff and the requests of hot-fill processing technics.

c. With auto-CIP function. When the machine needs the CIP course, it’s clean the components contacted with beverage completely along the filling circulation piping.

4)CAPPING SYSTEM

a. Including cap unscrambling device, sliding channel for conveying caps, cap snatching device, and 8 set capping heads.

b. With photoelectric components monitoring, it achieves the function of cap infeed automatically if there is a bottle, and controls the running of cap unscrambling device

c. The machine stops in the case of no cap or overloading with alarm signal, and installs with device to avoid the caps in reverse entering into the cap-falling guide.

d. Screwing the cap with powerful magnetic force, the torque can be set and adjusted. And it ensures the screwing quality and adaptability.

e. It’s installed with the rinsing device to rinse the remnant beverage in screwing parts of the outside bottleneck before capping.
