Product features

    The structural design of GY100 is interchangeable with thermal relay protection directly reference to the installation dimension of thermal relay. It can be installed on the 35 mm standard guide, simple setting parameters and easy to installed, which meets the demand of the new and old equipment technical. The display screen adopts four LED digital tubes to display three phase current, line voltage, fault code and protection parameters. The LED luminescent tube indicates clear identification, high precision and reliable work and stability.

   The GY100 series motor protector shows the line voltage when not running, and shows the electric current of A, B and C when running the motor without fault. In such failures like motor leakage, short circuit, lack of phase, locked-rotor, current imbalance, over current, over voltage, disconnect the relay contact to stop the motor running and fault indicator (LED) is on, at the same time shows fault code indicating the fault type of the motor, and also shows down value. 

Protection principle

  GY100 motor protector is made up with current sensor, starting current delay circuit, overload inverse time delay circuit protection, open phase protection, pl ing speed fault protection, and the unbalanced three-phase circuit protection, under-voltage protection, numerical display, fault current voltage memory, single-chip computer operation, fault movement parts. The current sensor obtained the current signal, through the whole flow, filtering, detection, identification, etc. to the corresponding part to carry on the comparison processing. Drive the power circuit to make relay action
