Overview
    DJB-YC is the first cost-effective motor protection and control device based on microprocessor technology in China, possessing an advanced field bus interface. The microprocessors are used to perform motor protection and control, and support feeder protection to complete motor operation, self-diagnosis and communication with the upper computer.  DJB-YC provides protection for measurement, to avoid the accidents because of motor overload, locked-rotor, overvoltage, undervoltage, light load, three-phase imbalance, phase, grounding fault, to ensure the effectiveness and safety of the equipment operation. DJB-YC USES RS485 communication interface design, guarantee quick and reliable communication protocol with superordination machine, PLC, DCS, at the same time it can quickly respond to upper host real-time query requirements and perform the corresponding operation. Fieldbus function

   DJB-YC has the RS-485 remote communication interface, supports multi-party protocol, bus protocol, convenient network system of PLC, DCS and background unit. Through the background machine to achieve real-time control of the field equipment, operation condition parameter monitoring and historical data query. DJB-YC has a great convenience for the motor operation state and the failure reason monitoring record, which makes the maintenance plan of the motor more convenient and reduces the maintenance cost of the equipment.

1. Overcurrent protection: protection of current can be set
2. Open phase protection (three-phase imbalance)：When the value of any phase current imbalance reaches the set value, the monitor moves in 4s
3. Locked-rotor protection：When the current is more than 5 times the set value, the monitor moves in 2s
