The line consists of pre-heating oven, power roller, inbox 90ooverturning machine, two-way delivery unit, forming fixture, auto-injection unit, out-box lift translation machine, out water heat unit, pneumatic unit, electric control unit and etc.
It adopts linear layout, the fixture outer mould plate is heated by circulating water heating system controlled by a mould temp-controller. The fixture can block injection hole automatically and function of pumping core automatically. The mould changing adopts link gear or cylinder driving mechanism with manual control and electric control self-locking. It can be applied to different dimension products.
