Product Description

GSE-36 is an isoprene structure like thermoplastic elastomer. It is highly compatible with all kinds of rubber alloys. GSE-36 is used as an additive for impact strength, slip resistance, abrasion resistance, low compression set and good low temperature performance modifier.

GSE-36 is highly compatible with all kinds of rubber and plastics, with different base polymers it can be formulated into various feature and functional products.
GSE-36 can create foam materials similar to Neoprene.
Compare to Neoprene GSE-36 has good elongation, elasticity and great handling with lower cost and density.
GSE-36 can be formulated to have PU type of feel and touch.
With GSE-36 you can have easy colorability without the necessity to change and modify the traditional EVA foaming process and the machinery.
Another great advanatage of GSE-36 is that it can maintain elasticity and softness at -20°C, this can be advantageous and helpful especially to products that will be use in cold weather areas.
GSE-36 is well suited to be applied in creating products such as sporting goods, shoes, protecting devices, toys and medical care accessories which need softness, comfy, excellent feel, and high level of elasticity.

Application

GSE-36 can be used as a modifier of elastic, slip resistance and soft feeling enhancer in EVA, PE, POE and rubber cross linking products.
It can replace EPDM in EVA and rubber foam mixing. GSE-36 showed its advantages especially in direct injection cross linking foam processing, it can help obtain lower shrinkage rate.
It also can combine with another product NB-1 to produce vibration absorption material in different low temperature range.
