VG-301 is a thermoplastic pellet that is highly compatible with all kinds of plastic alloys. For purpose of enhancing the physical properties of plastic products, it is used as an additive for plastic crosslink mediator.

• VG-301 is highly compatible with all kinds of rubber and plastic. It can be used as an additive for plastic and rubber mixing with modifying machine and production process. It can be used as a mediator of elastic, slip resistance and soft feeling enhancer in EVA, PE, POE or EPDM and relative plastic products. For the product property requirement that should add additive 60 % -500 % on production compatible with DCP consumption.
• VG-301 as an additive in crosslink function for the peroxide. It can be totally enhancement the property of plastic products such as hardness, elastic, tenacity VG-301, Akron-resistance pressure resistance, heat-resistance, oil-resistance, wear-resistance, color-fastness resistance, impact strength, slip-resistance, abrasion resistance, flexing resistance…etc.
• Only with few VG-301 that make your product physical property getting most enhancement, such as speed rubber vulcanized formation, increase production, increase foaming rate and decrease cost.
• It will make terrible hypnon smell when with peroxide DCP to crosslink in doing foaming product. If increase VG-301 ratio, it will not only improve funk smell , but also get better property of product.
