Chemical Product TL-9687 Metal Surface Cleaner/Degreaser
The product is an advanced type of phosphorus-free environment-friendly metal surface cleaner/degreaser at domestic and overseas market. It has superior property of normal temperature use, good degreasing effect, fast oil removal, energy saving, convenient operation, long service life, no corrosion for metallic substrates and safe use. It is used under normal temperature (no heating required) and can completely and thoroughly removes the antirust grease on work piece surface in a short time. It saves heating facilities and power consumption. It also resolves the problem of high cost and low efficiency when processing the work pieces in a small batch. The main feature of TL-9687 Is large processing areas and low use cost. If the product is heated, it will have stronger degreasing ability, larger treating area and more stable performance. The product applies to degreasing and oil removing for various steel and iron products surfaces before the processes such as electroplating, phosphating and black coating.
The degreasing cell body’s fabrication: Hard plastic, glass fiber reinforced plastic, steel and stainless steel plate or 300 series of stainless steel and so on, without specific requirements for the cell body of the equipments.
Use method: The metal surface cleaning/degreasing agents can use dipping (bubble) or spray way to use. If you use spray way degreasing and cleaning would have to add a little defoaming agent.
Physical property: Appearance: powder. Color: maple. Odor: odorless
Dosage: (based on 1000kgs): Prepare about 925kgs industrial water or tap water. Then slowly add 75kgs TL-9687 into the water. Keep stirring till fully dissolved before use.
Dipping condition: Free alkalinity:28~36Pt Use temperature: normal temperature~36℃
Treating time: Under normal temperature treatment, adjust the degreasing time according to the degree of the oil stain on the work piece surface to be degreased with 5~25minutes.
Spraying condition: Free alkalinity:28~36Pt Use temperature: normal temperature~36℃
It needs to add Q.S. antifoaming agents when spraying used.
Others: The highest use temperature of the products is 40℃. For heavier or lighter grease detergence, properly prolong/shorten the use time of the degreaser, or increase /reduce dosage of the degreaser. Based on the same dosage and using temperature, the effect of this product is superior to other similar products.
