TL-9130 Normal Temperature Metal Surface Cleaner/Degreaser
The product TL-9130 is a type of phosphorus-free environment-friendly medium temperature metal surface cleaner/degreaser. It has excellent effect to remove the oil stain, antirust grease, adsorbed metal particle and dust from surface of iron, steel, copper and other metal materials (inclusive of wire tubing, board, mechanical parts etc.) It applies to degreasing treatment on metal surface before coatings, phosphating or electroplating. The product has excellent power on cleaning and serves the function of saponifying drenching and infiltrating the oil film on metal surface rapidly. Then remove the oil stain from metallic substrates by means of emulsification and provision. It benefits the producing of high quality and high added value products, and also benefits the stable processing of high quality products. It has the characters of low cost, long life repeatable use and low corrosion to metallic substrates. It is suitable for cleaning the grease or oil stain for all kinds of iron steel copper and other metal products.
The equipment material: Hard plastic, glass fiber reinforced plastic, steel and stainless steel plate or 300 series of stainless steel and so on, without specific requirements for the cell body of the equipments.
Use method: The metal surface cleaning/degreasing agents can use dipping (bubble) or spray way to use.
Physical property: Appearance: powder. Color: maple. Odor: odorless
Dosage: (based on 1000kgs): Prepare about 950kgs industrial water or tap water. Then slowly add 25-50kgs TL-9130 into the water. Keep stirring till fully dissolved, put the conditioning fluid by heated to the specified temperature after testing the free basicity to use.
Spraying condition: Free alkalinity:12~33Pt Use temperature: normal temperature 50~65℃
Degreasing time: 1-15minutes
Note: Improve the concentration of metal surface cleaner/degreasing agents moderately when the oil grease excessively.
