Usage:

It is special  for kinds of PVC, PET film, optical film, self adhesive release paper, mala tape, double-sided tape and cloth tape.

 

Characteristics:

 

Operating control: Keying and knob control,operate simply,can choose PLC or LED touch screen controller.

Tension control: this machine used magnetic powder brake tension control and rewinding magnetic clutch tension control. The high-end machine can use magnetic constant tension control and three motor exchanged calculation Tension control.

Slitting mechanism: use up and down circular knife cutting. Precision control use precision shim control.

Transmission mechanism: AC motor frequency control of motor speed, use pinch roller to feed material.

Guidance mechanism: use high hardness mirror face and silica gel guide roller.

Length counter mechanism: pulse length counter, double section meter calculation control products' length.

Static elimination mechanism: ion static elimination mechanism system.
