Usage: Suitable for rewinding PET film,screen protecter,self-adhesive film,electrostatic film,masking tape, double side tape, Kraft paper, BOPP etc.

 Feature:

Feeding System: Adopts connected unwind base, we can also choose the feeding type with or without shaft according to different material and customers’ requirement.

 Rewind System: It adopts air expansion shaft, slip frequency iron axes , Pad shaft ,along with rubber pinch wheel or Space compensation institutions to have center rewinding and surface rewinding.

 Tension Control: Rewind tension adopts magnetic powder clutch along with manual tension control or semi-automatic calculation tension control , the rewinding tension of two motors synchronously rewinding, servo motor synchronously rewinding automatic calculation tension control. Unwind tension adopts magnetic powder tension control ,along with manual tension control,semi-automatic calculation tension control and constant tension control.

 Length Control: Two-step length setting with sensor provides extremely smooth rewinding operations to giving accuracy with rewinding length. automatic length counting .It is simple operation and efficiency.

 Electric Control: frequency control of motor speed, semi-automatic calculation tension control and two segment table control winding processes, PLC programmable control and touch screen input.

 Safety Protection: machine is unable to start when tailstock is open to ensure safety operation.

 Optional: 1.5’’,2’’,3’’ Winding shaft and the corresponding transmission device.
