It's made of high quality low-carbon steel plate, sintered CuPb10Sn10 tin-bronze alloy as its surface. To decrease abrasion, the surface of alloy is machined with diamond shape sockets in which particular solid lubricant is filled. It has good lubricity and anti-wear, can work well without oil or only with a little oil.
