Sanwei’s Soy Protein Concentrate is a Food Grade soy protein concentrate with high functional properties.

It is made from Non-gmo quality soybean and can provide good functionality in system where water binding and Emulsification properties are needed.

Widely used in meat process like emulsified meat( sausage, burgers), Surimi Analogs,

Coarse ground meat system, Frozen food products and vegetable food.
